Submitted information is secure and confidential.
Please upload standard file types such as PDFs. We do limit the size, total number, and types of documents.
Each uploaded file must be less than 64mb in size and upload time cannot exceed 10 mins. (T1 = 6 mins)
We only allow ten plans to be entered under a single user identity.
Documents uploaded under one user account must all have unique names.
